No Effect, Annoying Sticker Residue
I didn't notice any difference in my ability to fall asleep after applying the patch. And when I removed the patch the next morning, the adhesive was so strong it pulled out a couple of my arm hairs and left some of the sticky adhesive behind on my skin. I was able to scrub it off in the shower, but it was annoying to have to deal with it.

I've used melatonin, valerian root, and other natural remedies to aid in the sleep process. The patches are an interested concept. However, the results were similar to ingestible sleep aids.

I received this in the beauty fix box. I used up all of the patches and I actually did notice that I had better sleep during the night. I would use the patch on days that I was severely sleep deprived and/or stressed out from work. I would definitely purchase again.

Got this in my Beautyfix box and gave them to my daughter to try. She has been having trouble sleeping and this worked for her. Says she falls asleep quickly and the sleep is deep and restful. She will be ordering more. The only con is it leaves a sticky residue on the skin.

Got this in my December BeautyFix box. I'm honestly not sure they do anything, but they were cool to try. I used them on nights i had to wake up early and I didn't fall asleep easier or wake up any easier than normal.

I didn't notice any effects with these patches. My sleep felt the same / I didn't fall asleep more quickly or sleep more deeply. And they're pricey and hard to remove from your skin.

So this worked for me in that I did not fall asleep quickly nor did I stay asleep for long but whenI did, I slept more deeply. My patch fell off in sleep so that's an issue. Even after applying to clean dry skin. May try it again on another area of skin and another pack. Great item to try in the beauty fix box.

A packet of this costs the same as a bottle of melatonin tablets that will last for months. I suppose if you don't need to take melatonin all the time and may need it for jet lag, you don't need a bottle of tablets anyways. I think this productive is nice but a bit wasteful in terms of packaging for how long the product is used for.
