Subtle but Effective
I don't tend to get bad hangovers, but I do feel slightly nauseous and dehydrated the next morning if I have more than one glass of wine. I used these after my latest wine night and felt great the next morning. Hard to say if it was placebo or actually effective, so to me it's not necessarily worth it at this price point. But I will continue to use and purchase when I can get a good deal on them.

It helps, kind of
If you had an extra glass or two of wine at happy hour, and you slap this baby on before bed or even first thing in the morning with a big glass of water, it might give you a little boost to get up and running and have a normal day. If you were slamming tequila and dancing on the bar at your cousin's wedding... no. It's not a miracle worker. It might be a total placebo effect. But I do notice some sort of effect, whatever causes it and however minor. There are 4 patches in an order and it comes in a resealable couch.

Didn't work
There are no directions on whether or not you use the patch while you are drinking or afterwards. I put it on before bed and it didn't work at all. I'll stick to my milk thistle pills.
