Cooling on the eyes
5Love the cooling effect on my eyes, especially for the morning so that it helps wake me up! It does help make the area look brighter and it doesn't feel too heavy.

5After seeing rave review from beauty bloggers about this product, I was expecting more. I like the balm packaging but it is definitely not as hydrating as I was expecting. It didn't even feel like I put anything on my skin after, and I need more hydration for my 30s skin. The "cooling" sensation almost felt stinging to me, but I do have sensitive skin.

5I was introduced to this product by a friend when I commented on how her under eye area always looked so bright and even. She let me try her Tula Eye Balm and I definitely wanted some. This stuff really works. I don't wear concealer because I hate any texture or heavy product under my eyes. This gives me a brightening effect while feeling like I don't have anything on. It also performs well under makeup and can be used as a bit of a highlight if you want. Love the cooling effect. I'm hooked. Only downside, which really isn't much of one for me is that it has a strange smell initially. It goes away right away. Good quality ingredients as well.

5I like how this glides on smooth. I don't think it helps me 100% with puffiness, but it does act like a highlighter under my eyes. There is a delayed cooling effect, so it gives you a nice awake feeling, especially first thing in the morning!
