This is a fun product to use for some shimmer, just don't go overboard! Also makes a great gift.

Doesn't really improve dark circles as advertised. The descriptions says it can be used with or without makeup. Nope. The orange shimmer is glaringly obviously if left as is on my pale skin (maybe darker tones have better luck?) Also, it messes with the mojo of my concealer.  So I switched to using only at night but no real benefits there. This stick tingles upon application...  that's about it. It's a no for me.

This unfortunately didn't work well for me though it did give a "glow" it made me look orange. I also didn't see any benefit of extended use.

I don't know that this product has longlasting effects which is why I gave it a 4/5, but it feels amazing going on as it has a cooling effect, and it does add glow/light reflective product that brightens dark circles

Not happy with this purchase. Basically a cheap highlighter. Would not recommend purchasing.

I was super excited to try this, but was not totally wowed. It does give brightness under your eye without makeup, but if you put concealer over top, the glow and brightness goes away. I dont love using it over makeup because it doesn't blend out very well for me. Love the color and cooling effect, but not a must buy for me.

I was excited to try this product but it doesn't do anything for me. I will continue using it for a little sheen under brow bones and in corner of eye until it's gone but I have other brands' pencils that do a better job and are easier to use.

This eye balm is gorgeous. The color is barely noticeable but it is amazing at covering up my dark under eyes. There is a slight cooling/ tingling feeling after applying. I usually apply it on top of my tinted sunscreen. and when I wear makeup, I use this under my eyebrows and in the corner of my eyes

I've been using this product for about a week now, and I LOVE it. To start off, it is small, but the sizing is perfect since it fits perfectly into the corners of your eyes and under your eyes. Next, the color is gorgeous, I have Asian Indian (olive skin tone) and it looks so pretty!!! I absolutely love wearing this as my last step on no makeup days. My skincare routine includes cleansing, toning, serums, eye gel, moisturizer and sunscreen prior to applying this. Once you apply it you can see a noticeable difference in concealing your dark under eye circles. To be fair, my under eye circles are not that bad .I am also lucky to have clear complexion otherwise, so I find using this product to be an added bonus to my skincare routine. I have two of these that I brought during the prelaunch and keep one in my purse for an added glow throughout the day.

I'd been wanting to try a Tula eye balm for a while and was happy when they launched the Glow Hour balm because I thought it might match my neutral/warm skin tone better than their other eye balms. First impression: I was disappointed with the small size of the product. Also, after rolling up the product to dispense it, I had to push it back down because it would not roll down. I've seen other reviewers with the same complaint so I don't think I received a defective product. I like the slightly cool feeling it leaves behind. I've tried it both over and under makeup, as well as on its own on a makeup-free day. To be fair, I have somewhat large hollows/dark circles under my eye, so I always look "better" with concealer, but this did not brighten as much as I'd hoped. As for how it performs under my makeup, I like my other pre-concealer products (from a different brand) better. I'll give it a few more tries before I decide if I will return it. As far as the claims of long-term use helping diminish dark circles - I think you must continue using the product all the time to see that...if you stop using it, your dark circles are back. I feel that's the case with any similar product.
