Not amazing for olive skin
3Someone recommended this sunscreen since it was tinted. It comes out a little white but you just rub it in a little longer and it will blend in. However, the ‘darker’ version was not complimentary to my olive skin as it had a lighter color as if I were wearing a foundation that was 1-2 shades too light. It’s unfortunate but seems like a nice product and it did not cause any breakouts

Wouldn’t call this dark
4It’s fine as a sunscreen but not tinted for my olive skin during the summer. I tan pretty well and I don’t think this complements my skin color in the summer, will use in the winter instead.

Perfect!
5This sunscreen seems to perform very well. My skin loves it and is well moisturized throughout the day. The tint works for me (my skin is a caramel complexion) and any sign of a white cast is gone after letting it settle for about 15-20 mins. The key is to use a dime sized amount as instructed, spread it over your fingers and then tapping all over your face and neck, and then rubbing it in well. The cast should disappear after doing this and waiting for 15 mins. My skin is glowy and beautiful all day after application. This is my new sunscreen and honestly my first. I will continue to buy this shade from this brand.

A bit heavy but effective
5It feels a bit stickier than expected and a bit heavier than others I've tried and takes slightly longer to blend in but it blends very well and is a particularly good choice under makeup. When I use it under makeup I don't feel I need a base or pore concealer. I am more likely to wear it alone in winter months when the added creaminess is more appreciated .

coconut oil
2Why is there coconut oil in sunscreen!? This will make you burn! I mistakenly put on coconut oil before going to the beach and you bet I burned. Putting on coconut oil before going out in the sun is basically frying yourself. Potentially shea butter might be the same.

This is Amazing
5This is a great product, I constantly get compliments on how great my skin looks while wearing it! And its cruelty free I will definitely purchase again and again! It blended perfectly in my skin, no residue, no white or blue tint. I also use it under my foundation like a primer and as a great CC cream to hide small imperfections!

Let it sink in so the white cast disappears
5I feel like an idiot. Bought this last year, as soon as I smeared it on my face it looks like chalky cream. I shrieked & wied it off & left it in the back of my closet. Was completely confused by the reviews saying it had no white cast. Well folks I tried it now & guess what, all u have to do is let it sink in fpr 10 mins. Zero white cast, no breakouts for me & feels light. I have dry skin so I layer with skin oils & toner, then makeup.

Finally what I was looking for
5I am a Medium Deep skin tone and typically do not care for sunscreen. It would seem all the sunscreens readily available contain harmful ingredients and I cannot understand why there is such a big push to get dark skinned people to wear sunscreen for protection against skin cancer when chemical sunscreen contains ingredients that can lead to cancer and other ailments as well. Hawaii recently banned most sunscreens due their damage to the coral reefs. So I dont bother with sunscreen unless it is mineral based but unfortunately many of those leave a white caste. This is the first I have tried that does not do so on my skin tone. It goes well under my makeup and does not interfere with my foundation. I also wear it on its own.

decent, would not use everyday
4considering Im not very dark, and this is supposedly made for dark skin, this product is okay. It is thick and moisturizing which is fine with me, but it is not perfect and requires more blending than other tinted sunscreens. I prefer Juice Beauty CC cream.

Good Tint but Oily and Clogs Pores
2I so wanted to like this sunscreen. The tint is the most perfect I have found for dark skin and is rare for a mineral sunscreen with zinc. However, I do not recommend this if you have oily, acne or blackhead prone skin. This made my skin really oily and gave me so many blackheads some of which turned into acne breakouts. It has taken me months to deal with all the clogged pores. I've only kept it because I have really dry under eye skin and this works very well as a sunscreen for my dry eye area, where it has not clogged any pores. However, I would never put this on my face again.
