Vichy's Normaderm PhytoAction Daily Deep Cleansing Gel is a daily acne treatment and face wash that targets oily and acne-prone skin. Formulated with salicylic acid, this gentle exfoliating cleanser purifies and unclogs pores while clearing blemishes, blackheads and minimizing excess shine. Zinc and copper help reduce excess oil and renew the skin's surface.
Key Ingredients:
- 0.5% Salicylic Acid: removes built-up impurities on the surface of the skin to help clear pores. Purifies and exfoliates dead skin cells to improves skin texture and tone
- Zinc and Copper: naturally occurring minerals. Zinc visibly reduces excess oil while copper visibly renew skin's surface

I love this face wash. I have very dry skin but have been dealing with some acne (specifically hormonal) and this face wash leaves my face clean with feeling stripped. I took off 1 star because sometimes the pump works, sometimes it gets stuck and doesn’t unlock (although it looks like they may have changed the bottle which would be a plus).

I am a fan of this cleanser. Since I’ve started using it ~2 months ago I’ve noticed a reduction in my acne break outs. I get sebum plugs on my chin and although they’re still there, it seems like it’s also helped control those. I do think it’s a bit drying but pairing it up with a hydrating serum or hydrating toner has really helped manage that issue. I plan to continue using it.

So for a cleanser that's targeting acne, we would expect some dryness, that doesn't happen with this product. but although there is no drying after-effect, my face does not feel super clean after this. there's better cleansers out there

My son is at that awkward preteen stage which inevitably brings blackheads and other hormonal greetings. I wanted a gentle cleanser that would combat the blackheads without upsetting his sensitive skin, as well as something that would be easy for him to use. I am pleased on both fronts: he likes the feeling of the suds as well as his clean face afterward. As for me, I can see his skin is clearer. I expect I will continue buying this product.

Have been using this as a second cleanser and I'm loving it. It cleanses very well and doesn't make my skin dehydrated at all.
