VIRTUE® Recovery Shampoo works to rebuild damaged hair with each use. It gently dissolves daily build-up while filling in cracks of damage to leave hair healthy, soft, and supple. Formulated with the first-of-its-kind Alpha Keratin 60ku®, this shampoo behaves like a high-powered treatment product, depositing pure, human keratin protein directly into the hair. It works hard to fill in cracks in the cuticle to heal hair and repair damage from heat, chemicals, and color treatment.
Key Ingredients:
- Alpha Keratin 60ku®: binds directly to areas of damage and fills them in, repairing and revealing hair that’s shinier, stronger and healthier
- Hydrolyzed Quinoa: a plant-based protein and remarkable ingredient for hair, enhancing color, moisture retention and shine
- Baobab Seed Oil: from the African Tree of Life (known for its ability to store water), this rich, silky oil can act as an intense emollient for dry, damaged hair
- Grapefruit Extract: loaded with vitamin C and antioxidants, this refreshing fruit helps revitalize the scalp and returns hair’s vibrancy and shine

Work a quarter-size amount of shampoo into a lather between palms. Apply to wet hair, massage into a rich lather, and rinse. Follow with Recovery Conditioner, rinse thoroughly. As all Virtue® Shampoos are concentrated, we recommend emulsifying the shampoo in the palm of the hand with a splash of water, working it into a rich lather before applying to hair.

Pleasant surprise
Was not familiar with this brand I saw an advertisement and decided to try the travel size of the shampoo and conditioner what a pleasant surprise I loved it and eventually purchased the larger size. A little bit goes a long way. Great product

Stripped my color
I bought this shampoo because my colorist uses it and I love the smell. When I used it at home on hair that had been colored for 4 weeks, it stripped the color. I watched hair dye wash down the drain and my hair was left a brassy mess. Thankfully my colorist was able to squeeze me in for an emergency gloss the next day, but I returned this shampoo. My guess is it was a "bad batch" since I've used it before without issue.

Obsessed
Almost had wished this product hadn't worked because of the cost but wow I've seen such a difference in my hair. Hydrates my hair, smooths out frizz, and makes my hair feel so much healthier.

Truly amazing
This shampoo is worth the hype! This product truly transformed my fine, brittle hair. Also I prefer this shampoo’s fragrance to the Olaplex shampoo as well.

1 point off for the scent of this shampoo
This shampoo is pretty heavy on the scent so I'm not fond of it for that reason but I do think it's a good shampoo. I won't buy it again because of the scent and with all the allergies that people have these days you'd think a company would make product lightly scented instead of heavy. I have put it in the guest bathroom. Bummer
