Weleda Skin Food Original Ultra-Rich Cream feeds thirsty skin with intense nourishment and hydration. The ultra rich face and body cream combats stubborn dryness that can occur on your face, hands, feet and elbows. Essential fatty acids along with vitamin E moisturize and soften while organic pansy calms irritation due to dry skin. Organic calendula flower extract gently cares for your skin, aiding repair and restoration.
Apply a small amount of Skin Food to dry or rough skin as needed and massage into the skin until the cream is absorbed. To deeply nourish hard-working, dry hands liberally apply the cream on the hands, cover with cotton gloves and leave on overnight.

Great for dry skin.
I love this cream for when my body feels dry and dehydrated. It is a bit too heavy for my face but it is great for the rest of my body. It is a thick formula, so I find it helps to let it warm between my hands before applying it to avoid skin pulling. It's a must-have for me in the dry winter months.

Good for the hands, less so for the face
I bought this because I heard that a lot of makeup artists use it on models for a well-hydrated glow. Pros-it feels nice and rich, sinks into the skin, moisturizes well, and has a really pretty sheen. Cons-definitely not for the face if you're in any way acne prone. I've been liking it as a hand cream but will definitely not be using it anywhere near my face. Also-it's very strongly scented. I don't mind fragrance and like the scent, but if you're sensitive to fragrance, you might want to stay away.

Great hand cream
Smells really good (herbal and citrus-y) and feels delicious. Very thick, but doesn't take too long to soak in. The metal tube is a bit of a pain (for some reason I always end up with holes on the sides), but the packaging is very pretty!
