Occasionally I end up with irritation (itching and dryness) from my skinceuticals retinol .5 serum. I would like to know what I can use to soothe this itching and dryness. Also, I am a skinceuticals fan and would like to know what products I should be applying before and after the retinol to help prevent the irritation

Thank you for reaching out to us. I would recommend that you lower your strength to the Retinol 0.3 , you will still get the same result but less of the irritation . I would apply their Hyaluronic Acid Intensifier before your Retinol and follow with the Triple Lipd Restore . I would only use your retinol 1-2 x a week. I hope this helps, have a nice day!
