It's a decent primer
This is a decent primer...I had the opportunity to sample. It does a nice job, just that illumining isn't really for me, I'm glowy enough thanks to oily (but not acne prone) skin.

Does the job
This primer does the job...maybe a little more luminizing than I would like. I used in the winter though when my skin was dryer, so it worked well.

I FINALLY OPENED IT
I received this primer in a Beauty Fix box a long time ago and just now started using it. I feel like it does a good job of reducing redness, as promised, and I also think it covers pores effectively. I'm not sure if this is great for people with oily skin, however. By the end of the day, my makeup seems to have almost melted off my face when I use this, where I don't necessarily have that happen with other primers. A friend who has very dry skin, loves this stuff and it works very well for her, so it may just be the difference in skin types.
