Ilike Organic Skin Care Nettle Exfoliating Wash purifies and revitalizes rough, dry skin with a nourishing blend of natural exfoliants. Nettle extract cleanses the skin without stripping it of its natural oils and also helps bring relief to inflammation. Healing vitamin K improves as it reduces strectchmarks while flaxseed oil gently moisturizes to alleviate dry, chapped and itchy skin.
Mix a small amount of exfoliating wash with water in hands. Apply and massage into skin with fingertips for 1 to 3 minutes in a circular motion covering the entire face and neck and avoiding the eye area. Remove completely with damp face towel and follow with a refreshing toner and the moisturizing steps. Use 1-2 times a day. Use on dry and problematic areas of the entire body.

Feeling clean
I feel really clean with the body wash. Its soft and has a nice smell. I have dry skin so it's hydrating.

this is so great for dry sensitive skin. just DO NOT GET IN THE EYES or it will sting so bad because well nettle...as long as you avoid any mucus membranes (eyes, getting in mouth, getting in nose), this does a wonderful job with the skin and revives a dull lifeless complexion.

I have been using this off and on for years. I rotate it with another clean. This leaves my skin feeling extremely clean and tight. I use this with my clarisonic brush.
