It's a bit heavy on my fine hair, but I find it very nourishing. I have to use very sparingly if I use it before blow drying my hair. I like it for an overnight treatment.

I bought this on a whim and I'm glad that I did. Surprised by how I absolutely love this. I give my hair 3-4 sprays after I've washed it but before blow drying. My hair is soft and smooth and just looks really nice. It maintains this smoothness between hair washing days. Love it!
