this has really helped my nonstop mood swings from pmdd, No it doesnt cure any mood issues or stress but it does take tge edge off however it took 4 months to actually see real results from any hum nutrition supplements, you will see results just give it time

It really works
The effects are subtle, but I feel that this supplement helps ease my stress a bit. I wouldn't expect a huge change but it does take the edge off when taken regularly.

worked perf fine for me
It does everything that says it does. It was working for me until I got depressed again. I'd say if youre constantly under stress this might help you a lot but for depression you might need a more complex formula

Great product!
I had been looking for something with Rhodiola Rosea to add to my regimen. The ingredients list is great. The company is reliable. They are not claiming to cure anxiety or be that of any prescription medication. If you are suffering from anxiety or depression, please see a doctor and get the medications that your body needs. These are a dietary supplement. That being said, I have noticed a sense of calmness around me since starting to take these.

These work long term
these do work but you have to be on them for months and i feel taking others as well. I love all hum

Not much difference
I do t really feel much of a difference when I take these to be honest. I know there are studies that show that rhodiola rosea decrease stress but I'm not sure if I'm benefitting from these.
