First of all, this smells absolutely lovely. The scent is light and not overbearing. Secondly, this works great for my combination skin. I haven't had any negative side effects from using it. My skin appears more dewy and soft.

Great Serum, Great Price!
My moisture barrier has been WRECKED this winter, leaving me unable to use any of my usual active products that deal with exfoliation. I am a dry, flaking mess. I decided to add this product into my routine to help get my skin back into shape so that I can start using an AHA and Retinoid again. Good for acne prone skin
I got this because my skin's been quite irritated and broken out from wearing masks. It's lightweight, the fragrance isn't overwhelming (bias: I'm a fan of the classic avene scent), and while I didn't feel like my skin was suddenly more moisturized, I haven't had any breakouts from this and my skin seems more calm altogether. I use this layered with other serums and moisturizers typically, but I tried it alone one night and my skin felt fine the next morning, but again, it's not as moisturizing for me as I anticipated. But all of that said, I still give it a 5/5. My only complaint is the size. I will go through one bottle in a month or less, it's so small. I just don't like wasting so much packaging.

Great serum, bottle not full
I love this serum as my nighttime moisturizer, but when I received it, the bottle was only 2/3 full. I don't mind the scent at all, it's subtle and pleasant. I wanted to make this my new nighttime regular moisturizer but I'm a bit hesitant to order again since so much product was absent from my first order.

Gentle serum for normal skin types
This serum worked okay for me. I purchased it because someone recommended it for the irritation and sensitivity I've been experiencing lately wearing face masks. It is gentle, with a slight fragrance (which I don't mind), the texture is light and leaves a lot of moisture on the skin that evaporates quickly. If my skin weren't so dry I think that I would like it more. I might try using it again in the summer months but for now in the wintertime, it's not moisturising enough on its own for my parched skin so I layer it with another hydrating serum. It works great as a layering product, it doesn't pill and isn't crazy heavy. All in all, it's ok and my skin feels calm when I use it so I will continue for now but it's not a home run for me.

Honestly, I did not notice much of a difference with this. It was gentle and non-irritating, but it didn't really have a large impact on my skin's moisture content. The packaging could be improved. There was a ton left at the bottom when it was running low that wouldn't come out.

Love this, but wish it was fragrance free
I love this product, but I desperately wish they made a version of it that was fragrance free. I got it after seeing Dr. Shereene Idriss recommend it on her instagram to help prevent "maskne." I would recommend to others to buy, but I am also begging Avene to make it without the annoying grandma scent.
