A splurge, but worth it
This product is almost unnecessarily expensive, but it was a treat and special purchase that I made for myself after YEARS of waiting to just finally get it. I love it. I love it and I hate to say that I'll probably repurchase it. I use this product because it delivers on making lips feel soft and hydrated while avoiding that really claggy and heavy texture that some other lip balms have. I also use this product, frankly, because it is just luxurious and makes me feel special, which is-as far as I'm concerned-just as good a reason as any to buy and love makeup.

My favorite lip balm
I know this is very expensive. I always buy two when they go on special but a little goes a long way and the texture is perfect and very moisturizing. Do not put on too much because then it feels think. Just smooth a little on you lips before bed or during the day when your lips feel dry. I know some people will not use pots but that is not a deal breaker for me. I have probably purchased six of these already and will continue to buy it.

Worth Every Penny!
I tend to have very chapped lips, and the product that I loved and used for fifteen years was discontinued last year. Ive been on the hunt for an adequate replacement and was underwhelmed or disappointed at each new purchase until I found Baume de Rose. This is a miracle lip balm! While it goes on a little sticky, it feels smooth almost instantly and is long-lasting. The smell is divine and my lips have never been softer or better protected. While the price is a bit outrageous, a tiny bit of product goes a very long way, especially when compared to other luxury lip balms.

If you can afford it, just do it.
Soooo, I first got a half sized sample of this in a beautybox. I loved it and couldnt wait to purchase as soon as I ran out. Then Insaw the price. Ive looked for inexpensive dupes for years, but nothing comes close. Super moisturizing. I use it all over in winter. The smell is also amazing. I will continue to buy it forever, and will continue to feel a bit guilty about spending so much on a balm.

I have very dry and peeling lips. I live in Arizona and am a flight attendant so double whammy on dryness! I have tried everything so was excited after reading the reviews on this product but after several weeks of continued wear I have not seen any improvement.
