Meet our newest Elements - an antioxidant-rich facial SPF made for skin, not just the sun. The technology in UV AOX Elements not only protects your skin outdoors, with 100% mineral actives to reflect and scatter UVA and UVB rays, but also protects your skin indoors by blocking 56% of HEV (blue light from screens), which is 39% more than our original UV Elements formula. This tinted sunscreen contains antioxidants that help to combat signs of photoaging, such as fine lines and wrinkles, and is proven to reduce detrimental effects of multi-environmental aggressors (i.e., UV, Ozone and PM) by 96%. UV AOX Elements features hyaluronic acid to increase hydration and moisture retention, and bisabolol & ginger root to help calm the skin and visibly reduce redness.

It is kinda like primer, blurs complexion. It is not drying. Very nice. Just the color. Is too orange for me. I have to blend with other sunscreen from elta md, the drying one.

Favorite sunscreen
I've tried almost every physical sunscreen on the market, and I believe this EltaMD UV Elements suncreen is best. I have extremely sensitive, reactive, intolerant, rosacea, and acne-prone skin, and this product doesn't irritate it!!! Importantly, it's unscented fragrance-free, and it contains no essential oils or irritating plant oils. The texture is kind of gel-like, and it works into the skin quickly and easily. It washes off OK using my Aquanil cleanser a couple of times. I thought the tint would be too dark, but it blends in just fine and evens my skin tone just a bit. I wish the formulation had more antioxidants, but other than that, it's a great product, and I hope they don't stop making it.

Wonderful everyday sunscreen. I am tan and this sunscreen blends in nicely without leaving a "whitecast". It is only slightly lighter than my natural skin tone which is hardly noticeable. I use it as my foundation everyday mainly because it does exactly what I need-it even out my skin tone. It provides no "coverage" if you have problem skin, but for minor redness (I have rosacea around my cheeks) this works perfectly. It also keeps my skin hydrated thanks to the hyaluronic acid. I truly think this product would merit 5 stars were it not for the price and the TERRIBLE pump. For the amount of sunscreen you get, this can get pricey if you use the right amount of sunscreen on a daily basis. I also have trouble finishing all the product because the pump does not have a tube attached and does not dispense the last 1/3 of product at the end. At this price point, you would think EltaMD would figure out a better way of dispensing their product...

Just what I needed
My dermatologist recommended this to me for daily use. I have been looking for a chemical free sun screen for my face, that didn't leave my face white and dry looking. This is so easy to apply. It blends in nicely with my skin color which is light ,but not super fair. Now that I have gotten my skin in good shape this works as a foundation for me.

I have sensitive skin; it is a combination between acne prone, rosacea, and combination skin. It's hard to find products that can give me the moisture I need, but also avoid giving me acne. I've used sooo many products but somehow no matter how "sensitive" they claim to be, it burns my face. This sunscreen is the first one to NEVER burn my face!! And it gives me light coverage so it hides my redness a bit. There isn't really a smell to it, which I prefer, it blends easy, doesn't break me out, give me light coverage, and protects my skin. Will buy over and over again!
