Meet our newest Elements - an antioxidant-rich facial SPF made for skin, not just the sun. The technology in UV AOX Elements not only protects your skin outdoors, with 100% mineral actives to reflect and scatter UVA and UVB rays, but also protects your skin indoors by blocking 56% of HEV (blue light from screens), which is 39% more than our original UV Elements formula. This tinted sunscreen contains antioxidants that help to combat signs of photoaging, such as fine lines and wrinkles, and is proven to reduce detrimental effects of multi-environmental aggressors (i.e., UV, Ozone and PM) by 96%. UV AOX Elements features hyaluronic acid to increase hydration and moisture retention, and bisabolol & ginger root to help calm the skin and visibly reduce redness.
Key Ingredients:

Mixed feelings
I love the way this product feels after application and sets into the skin. It dries down to a matte but is moisturizing like it says. However, I did have issues with the tint. I previously bought the UV Physical and it was a perfect universal tint & not too dark for my fair skin (I am a 2 on the Fitzpatrick scale for reference). However, the UV Elements is too dark for me. I can get away with it right now since it's summer, but unfortunately I won't be able to wear this as an everyday foundation/sunscreen like I planned to in the fall/winter when I go back to work. Also, the pump is very finicky. At first I thought I received a faulty product, because I pumped it over and over again and nothing was happening. Finally it started spitting out, but it still won't pump out from time to time and it spits sometimes. I don't know if it just takes a while to start pumping out evenly or what, but it's annoying. Also, as I've said on my review of UV Physical, it seems like the tinted sunscreens don't go as far as the non-tinted ones-they're much thicker which I'm not a huge fan of since I'm having to use more of the product & I'm also paying more for it than the non-tinted ones. Bottom line-the formula is great, but if you are a 1 or 2 on the Fitzpatrick scale, you should buy UV Physical instead. Also, the pump can be problematic.

Best facial spf !
I have a lot of acne scarring and redness but this spf really evens out my skin and it's not really tacky like cheap spfs and it doesn't cause a white cast in photos! 10/10 recommend.

HORRIBLY ORANGE!!
I've gone through four tubes. This sunscreen is lightweight, dries to a semi-matte/natural finish. PA++++! The only problem is, it's incredibly orange and just keeps oxidizing to an even darker, "oranger" shade. I'm NC30, so I'm sure this would look terrible on someone with light, cool skin. Also, when it gets down to about half a bottle, the pump stops working.

Best sunscreen!
I have been using this sunscreen for a bout six months now bc I wanted to switch to a mineral sunscreen, this is the best sunscreen and doesn't leave a white cast and the tint blends in perfectly no matter how tan or fair I am at the time. I also struggle with acne and it has never caused any beakouts!

The Game Changer
This product made me like the idea of wearing sunscreen everyday. I have acne prone skin and this does not break me out. The color evens out my skin tone and the application leaves my skin looking smooth and hydrated. I find that it wears nicely all day, even under makeup. For a "glowy" look, I will mix it with the Ilia True Skin primer and my vitamin C serum and then apply a bit of mineral powder where it is needed. Highly recommend!

The best tinted coverage
Provides a nice natural tint and perfect coverage. I'll apply prior to walks and not one sunburn. Remember to reapply sunscreen every 2 hours. This one is a must!

My favorite physical sunscreen
No cast, not oily. I wear it instead of makeup. It lasts all day for me, though I reply non tinted sunscreen before my walk home

Use this daily
I use this sunscreen daily and find I do not need any makeup just a dab of blush and I'm ready to go for the day. Nice texture and color for a fair haired auburn woman.

Best Tinted Sunscreen
Elta MD UV Elements is by far the best tinted sunscreen that I have tried. Of all the tinted sunscreens that I have tried, this one didn't dry me as much as other brands and it has a nice finish. It makes a great base for makeup and I feel comfortable wearing it alone with translucent powder.

Dried my skin
The coverage and tint was great to hide minor imperfections and smooth my appearance, but in the winter it dried my skin.
