Shiny face

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

This is a good sunscreen for my acne prone face. I am susceptible to clogged pores and this does not clog my pores or make me break out. I don't think this is moisturizing enough by itself Bc unless you have very oily skin, but it's fine for me bc I use a moisturizer underneath. My main issue is while not as greasy as some other sunscreens, it leaves a very shiny finish which looks greasy on my skin. I think if your skin drinks everything up, it might not be too bad, for me, it looks shiny and I want a matte finish. But I will continue to use until I find something better

Perfect facial sunscreen!

Neutral scent, soaks right in, no greasy feeling. A little goes a long way, so pump a little and protect yourself from sun damage! The gentle formula did not irritate my sensitive skin.

Good sunscreen!

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

Smells like sugary cookies instead of that gross sunscreen smell. Lightweight and feels super soft when applying it. Really like it so far.

Stopped looking for anything else

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

This is it. A non-greasy, effective sunscreen that doesn't make you look like a ghost. It doesn't break me out but actually improves my skin. Doesn't have a fragrance added but has a medical-like smell which I hate, but I only notice it when applying. The packaging is ok, but hard to tell when you are truly running low except by the weight of the container.

Not my favorite

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

This has rave reviews so I ordered of course. For some reason even with multiple tries, i couldn't get this to work without pilling. I tried different skin prep and still resulted in this. Also cannot reapply throughout the day without pilling. I am using it up on my chest and arms because it doesn't work for my face.

No white cast

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

This is one of the only sunscreens I've used that didn't leave a white cast. It also moisturizes nicely and doesn't cause me breakouts.

Another Elta MD Winner

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I'm already in a committed relationship with Elta MD's tinted sunscreen but decided to try this out to wear under makeup and to reapply throughout the day. It feels so good on my skin - not greasy or sunscreen-feeling at all. Somehow I feel like it makes my skin less oily..? It's a mystery but I love it! Another Elta MD staple I'll add to my current routine.

Favorite sunscreen

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

This is my all time favorite sunscreen for my face, neck and chest! I wear it daily. It is the only one I've tried (even within the Elta brand) that doesn't make my skin break out or cause my rosacea to flare. It works well under my foundation, although I do wait the suggested 15 minutes before applying makeup. It's moisturizing but not too rich or oily. I have dry to combo skin.

Smooth & light sunscreen

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

This sunscreen goes on really well, no white cast at all, easy to wear under makeup, not greasy, nice light feel. It takes a couple weeks to get used to the scent but now I don't notice it at all. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because it still has some ingredients that aren't on the "clean" list, like phenoxyethanol and octinoxate, but it's cleaner than many others and the texture is great.

Really impressed, worth the money

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

This SPF is super lightweight and easy to apply. I was impressed- does not feel like SPF at all. No fragrance, which I love. It is worth the money. I will be trying the tinted version next.
