Best sunscreen for sensitive, acne-prone and hyperpigmented skin
I've used this for a year now. It's changed my quality of life. UV Clear is the only sunscreen I've used that I enjoy putting on and think I look BETTER with. I would recommend this to anyone who has extremely sensitive, acne-prone skin. It doesn't irritate at all; I am on tretinoin and have easily upset skin. I feel naked without this product to be honest.

I have sensitive skin and was recommended to use this sunscreen as my main moisturizer by my dermatologist. The first time I used this product I felt my face burn and become itchy, this usually happens to me because I have sensitive skin. The second time the burn was less, but still lingered. My conclusion is that I will use a moisturizer and then put this sunscreen on. Since I have been doing this I have felt pretty good using this product, although a slight burning is still. I will keep using this product and see how it goes!

Good sunscreen for acne prone
I've bought this item twice, and really think it protects my skin and helps with my acne. It does make my skin feel a little dry initially and I always have to put my makeup on quickly after applying the sunscreen or my foundation doesn't spread nicely, but I'm pretty sure a makeup primer will fix this. My only complaint is that it does leave a bit of a white tint to the skin.

New favorite sunscreen for acne prone skin
I'm big into sunscreens for preserving my youth as long as possible, but my skin is definitely acne prone. Most sunscreens cause me to breakout. But I LOVE this sunscreen. It is 100% sheer and doesn't break me out at all. I saw it recommended by a dermatologist on TikTok and decided to try it out, thank goodness. Pros: - I love the ingredients the ELTA MD Clear has because it improved couple of pimples I had. Especially the maskne. - It made my face glow. - Improved dull and stress skin. - Works well with my skincare products. No irritation. - Provides good sun protection. - It does not have the nasty sunscreen smell - Provide minimal to little white cast. Cons: - Not good for dry skin because it left a dry, white cast peel on my face. - When I use a moisturizer to prevent the dry white cast peel, it didn't work. - I had to use an oil-moisturizer to prevent the dry white cast peel (it worked but I'm sure wasn't getting the benefits of the ingredients). - For the price it was asking was not worth it for me because I have dry skin. - Using this sunscreen alone, it made my face super dry and it left super dry patches on my chin. - One of the ingredients gave me a slight headache. I'm giving it two stars because of the ingredients and the fact that the ELTA MD UV Clear works. I won't recommend this for people who have dry skin. The more I rubbed the sunscreen on my face, the more it peels off from my face leaving an uncomfortable dry matte finish. This is more suitable for people who have combination skin, oily skin, and acne-prone skin/skin issues (e.g., rosacea). When I saw the ingredients in the oil-free sunscreens, they have great ingredients; however, I cannot say the same for the ELTA MD sunscreens that are not oil-free. Why is that?

Happy but product is gritty
I enjoy this as an everyday sunscreen. I am someone who usually needs moisturiser and sunscreen-not a combo-and this sunscreen feels very nice on my skin. I have fair skin and this product doesn't leave a white cast, however I could see how a white cast could be a problem for some people. I have been struggling with some increased acne and maskne, but this product has not increased that. I am excited to put this to the test when summer comes around. My only complaint would be the gritty consistency - it throws you off a bit at first!

Favorite sunscreen for my reactive skin
I have rosacea and this sunscreen has been great for me. It doesn't trigger any flare ups, it is moisturizing without being greasy and it works well with the rest of my skin care routine. It does have a slight white tint when first applied however once absorbed I don't notice a white cast. I also have this sunscreen in the tinted version which I like to use when I am not going to follow up with foundation. I highly recommend both.
