It is non greasy, light weight, and does not give the whiteout appearance. Works well as a primer in my opinion. I have very acne prone skin and always have. Tried everything prescription,aesthetic, and over the counter so when I say it does not make my skin purge I mean it.

This sunscreen seems safer on acne prone skin than others as this sunscreen is marketed to those who struggle with that problem. My skin has cleared and I still use it. It sinks right into my skin and is not sticky or oily, unlike other sunscreens. The BEST part of this sunscreen is that it doesn't slip into my eyes, even if I wear it all day. I am prone to breakouts and this product has not caused any irritation to my skin. This is the best sunscreen I have ever used on my face, but it is definitely a hit to the wallet.

I love the Elta MD clear broad spectrum SPF 46! I have tried many sunblocks on my face. Most sting my eyes, leave my face looking oily & white.
