Pretty Effective
I liked how it glides on smooth and is easy to wash off. I felt it helped calm any potential breakouts and even helped me to lose a bit of redness on my nose that has been there for months. The only complaint is that it can be very drying, so if you have dry skin, I can't imagine this working well.

This is the perfect sunscreen for everyday use. I was a huge fan of the Obagi matte sunscreen, until they inexplicably started formulating it with little beads that make it an uncomfortable mess to use. The EltaMD not only has a great price point, but it feels nourishing and works perfectly under makeup. Plus it does its job of protecting my skin!

This sunscreen feels amazing going on and worked so well under makeup. I really loved it, but I decided that I really wanted a pure mineral sunscreen and this is a blend of mineral and chemical. But for those who don't mind a blend, this is a fantastic option.

Too heavy!
Normally, I really love EltaMD Broad-Spectrum products. Nonetheless, this SPF 46 is too heavy for my face. I have purchased EltaMD UV Broad-Spectrum SPF 45 Oil-Free, & Lightweight; I ran out and wanted to purchased a little higher SPF because I was starting to get pimples. I returned the SPF 46. Now, I will have repurchase the SPF 45.

Popular for a reason
I've been using this sunscreen for almost a year now, and the results are starting to show - my complexion is clearer, dark spots have been minimized, etc. The sun protection is fantastic, but it does leave a bit of a white cast on me, although it's supposed to be 'clear.' It's a small price to pay for the sun protection, however, and by far, it's much less of a white cast than other sunscreens I've tried. I also notice some pilling, but again, it's much less than other sunscreens and doesn't happen everyday (it's possible it only happens when layered on certain products). Finally, my last 'beef' is that it has Octinoxate which is a hormone disrupter/not reef-safe. But I have still been repurchasing and really enjoying this product otherwise, so again, it's minimal compared to the benefits.

Best face sunscreen I've ever used
I keep coming back to this sunscreen because its the best overall. It never makes me break out, its moisturizing, and it really works. I burn easily and I never burn while wearing this. I'd recommend this to anyone who is looking for an every day face sunscreen. Love it!
