It is completely clear after application and does not irritate my frequently sensitive/angry skin at all. I also deal with small breakouts but usually any true acne treatments are too harsh to use on very sensitive skin - this product seems to be in the sweet spot of calming and clearing! Also - a little goes a long way, I use about half a pump for my entire face. Great sunscreen!!
