I haven't been using this product for a long time as of yet, but so far I'm loving it. I ordered this product in early February as part of my hunt for the best sunscreen for my skin. I have sensitive skin. My skin doesn't like heavily scented products and products that are sticky and heavy. Also, I am continuously worried that sunscreen will break me out for the reasons mentioned above. I'm happy I came across the Elta products as I finally feel comfortable that I am purchasing a sunscreen that does what it is supposed to do and more. I love the consistency of the product; it feels like silk going on your skin. There is a gentle scent, but nothing crazy. Also, I absolutely love that it has niacinamide (high-purity) as that is quite rare to have. I hope I keep enjoying this product. Like I mentioned, it has only been about a month. I was hesitant on writing this review as I hardly ever write reviews and especially when I've just started using the product. I hope I am not disappointed with the product in 6 month's time. I don't think so however.

I love this formula! I've been using it for several years now. The tinted is also nice for summer. It does, in fact, 'dry' clear. In the warmer climate where I live part of the year, it is moisturizing enough for me to use on its own over a serum. It has zero fragrance, its soothing, and leaves my skin soft and comfortable. I would give this product 5 stars, but, it doesn't reduce shine as stated in the description. As a matter of fact, it leaves my skin a bit shiny. But, it's a great make-up base, so if you use a matte foundation as I do, the shine is not noticeable. Also, the pump is great! Easy for traveling, too.

Great Oil Free Sunscreen but expensive
I love Elta MD and really like this UV Clear because it has Niacinamide so it helps with acne. However, it is far more expensive than other Elta MD oil free sunscreen. It feels like Elta MD is taking advantage of the popularity of this product. It is a much smaller size and the packaging prevents you from getting all of the project out of the bottle. This product lasts 1/2 as long as the other oil free sunscreens from Elta MD. I may just purchase Niacinamide serum separately and combine it with the far more moderately priced Elta MD facial oil free sunscreen SPF 40. It is a great product though so if you can afford to pay it and resupply more frequently, go for it.
