Best for no makeup days.
This is a great sunscreen for very sensitive, very acne prone, combo/oily skin. Doesn't leave a white cast, nor does it leave my skin oily. I like to use it best on no makeup days. However, my only issue with it is that I experience the product to ball up as I apply my base makeup. Can't give the product 5 stars because of that issue.

I've been a faithful user of this product for 10 years now! I use to break out with other sunscreens, but after I found EltaMD UV clear SPF 46, I no longer worry about my skin breaking out. I have an oily/dark olive skin, so I need a product that won't make my skin go crazy, and Elta SPF 46 does just that. It goes on nicely, no weird white ghost face after applying. Tried a few other brands you can purchase from Target, etc and found they cast a white tint, dried me out before makeup application, and/or pilled. This EltaMD sunscreen goes on smooth, clear, non-greasy and no problems with makeup when I give it a few minutes to settle in. I still get some small breakouts, and this sunscreen does not cause any problems with daily use.

It's just ok
I have tried too many sunscreens to count. Both expensive and cheap. They all leave my skin feeling suffocated and sticky. They attract dirt and even sting a little. Same with this one. This sit's on top of my skin and I get little zits if I don't exfoliate after using this.
