EltaMD's UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 - Tinted calms and protects sensitive skin types prone to discoloration and breakouts from the sun's harmful rays. The universally flattering tint blends to match your skin tone and mask discoloration and breakouts to give you a smooth, flawless-looking complexion. Healing niacinamide alleviates inflammation to calm your acne flare-ups and helps decrease signs of hyperpigmentation.

- 9.0% Transparent Zinc Oxide: protects the skin against damaging UVA (aging) and UVB (burning) rays
- 5% High-Purity Niacinamide (Vitamin B3): helps reduce the appearance of blemishes, discoloration and photo-damage

I use this in the morning, after my Vitamin C serum as my moisturizer/makeup primer & SPF. Its awesome!! It has just a tiny bit of tint to it to help with discoloration and makes for a great canvas for applying foundation. It doesn't have the sticky/ thick feeling of other SPF's. LOVE IT!

This is a must in my daily skincare routine. It works great as a primer before makeup but it also looks great on a no makeup day. Bit too dark for my pale skin
Love the consistency of this product and how easy it is to apply. It goes on smooth and absorbs quickly without leaving too much sheen. Unfortunately, it's too darkly tinted for my pale skin- I read other reviews suggesting that it worked well for other pale-skinned users, but for me it was too dark and the undertones were too yellow for my complexion. I have been mixing this with a non-tinted sunscreen and it works pretty well that way, but next time I'll opt for the non-tinted version.

Best SPF moisterizer
I have tried SEVERAL different brands of moisturizer with SPF, and this outshines them all. I love the broad-spectrum coverage with both chemical and physical sunscreens and the niacinamide helps keep breakouts at bay. I tend to have dryer skin, and more recently struggle with hormonal breakouts. This is the only product that has kept me hydrated without feeling overly greasy or congested. This is also the only physical SPF that doesn't feel gritty or heavy on my skin. I purchased both the tinted and untinted versions, I will re-order the tinted to use daily and keep the untinted in my beach bag for re-application when I am getting more sun exposure. I do not find that the tinted provides any coverage, but adds a beautiful glow to my skin. I do wish the packaging gave some ability to see how much product you have left, but overall this is my holy grail!
