EltaMD's UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 - Tinted calms and protects sensitive skin types prone to discoloration and breakouts from the sun's harmful rays. The universally flattering tint blends to match your skin tone and mask discoloration and breakouts to give you a smooth, flawless-looking complexion. Healing niacinamide alleviates inflammation to calm your acne flare-ups and helps decrease signs of hyperpigmentation.

Favorite sunscreen
This is my favorite facial sunscreen. I've tried many other reputable brands. The tint doesn't provide much coverage at all, but I wear it under makeup. I have acne prone skin and this does not cause breakouts. I love it and highly recommend!

Wonderful But Not Waterproof
I have rosacea with acne & I'm in my 40s, so it's always a problem finding products that don't exacerbate the redness or the zits, and can provide moisture alone or be OK with underlayers of lotion. The great thing about this sunscreen is it goes on feeling light, doesn't clog my pores, and has a hint of tint to prevent that pasty white look from sunscreen. The tint is very sheer and won't really provide coverage, which I like because most are so thick and oppressive-and make me feel like I'm wearinf makeup, this doesn't. The only drawback: it isn't waterproof, so you'll need to use something else if you're going to sweat a lot or swim, you'll need something additionally.

My favorite sunscreen
Great sunscreen. I started using it a few years ago and I love it. It never irritates my skin, very gentle. I thought it would be too dark for my light skin but it blends in very good and evens out my skin tone. I don't use it with any moisturizer because I live in a very humid climate (south-east US) and it would be too much for my skin.

Wonderful facial sunscreen for acne-prone skin
In the look for a daily facial sunscreen I came across the Elta MD skincare line. I read a lot of reviews before deciding to order it and I am happy I did. This facial sunscreen is light, applies easily and does not feel or smell heavy on your skin. I wanted a mineral sunscreen because I tend to get break outs, and this one does have zinc oxide, provides high SPF and ensures your skin is moisturized throughout the day. I got the tinted version since I don't usually wear makeup. Maybe in the winter I will need to use moisturizer but for now I can apply it directly after cleanser and toner in the morning. I was not aware of how important is to use sunscreen on a daily basis, so I would recommend this product to everyone.
