EltaMD's UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 - Tinted calms and protects sensitive skin types prone to discoloration and breakouts from the sun's harmful rays. The universally flattering tint blends to match your skin tone and mask discoloration and breakouts to give you a smooth, flawless-looking complexion. Healing niacinamide alleviates inflammation to calm your acne flare-ups and helps decrease signs of hyperpigmentation.

- 9.0% Transparent Zinc Oxide: protects the skin against damaging UVA (aging) and UVB (burning) rays

"Gold standard" sunscreen for acne prone skin
This is by far my favorite sunscreen on the market. I have mild acne, and the tint actually camouflages the redness. Also important, is that the tint blends while with my pale skin. Works great by itself or over moisturizer, and never irritating. I only wish there was more per container. It would be nice for Elta MD to just round it up to 2 oz. Will definitely purchase again.

Most amazing product ever to exist
I have been using this for years!!! I use the UV Clear no tint, when in Florida and it protects me from the 90+ degree weather. I use the tinted on a regular basis, especially since I don't care to wear makeup. It gives my skin an instant glow and a tint of my natural color!! It is the best moisturizer ever!! I don't break out from this and it actually helps my skin. If you suffer from sensitive or acne prone skin, use this product!!!!!!!!! Trust me.

It's in the Tint
I'm of a deep complexion (NC42, Spice Sand in DW, 5.5 in Bobby Brown) and didn't care much for the untinted version (I had to mixed it with foundation to avoid the white cast) but this tinted version is the bomb. I love it, no white cast whatsoever, it just blends in like a dream. So, if you have a medium deep complexion I can say this will work for you

Perfect tint
I'm a medium/tan complexion (NC42 in MAC, Bobbi Brown honey). I love this product- it's tinted enough that you get minimal coverage, and it's a non-greasy formula that doesn't make me breakout. It's very good. Before this product (and on days when I don't want tint) I use a paula's choice spf moisturizer.

This sunscreen is the best!
I have tried just about every sunscreen under the sun and this is the best by far. I was a bit skeptical that the universal tint would be a good match for my pale yellow toned skin, but it blends in perfectly. It looked incredibly dark but blends in beautifully. It has no smell, blends easily, does feel or look greasy, doesn't break out my sensitive acne prone skin and I can wear it alone with some concealer on days that I don't feel like wearing foundation or I can wear foundation on top of it and it doesn't feel gross or compromise my foundation. This sunscreen is superior to the rest in my opinion. The only issue I have with it is that the bottle isn't clear and you cannot tell that you've used it all up until you've used it all up! That was a real bummer, but other than that the packaging is great. It pumps out just the right amount each time. I highly recommend this product!

Very happy with my purchase
I used the same one before but the clear version (non-tinted one), and decided to try the tinted. Couldn't be happier with that. Although I like to keep both options because sometimes the tinted one is enough for me if I don't want to wear makeup. In that case, I apply some translucent powder and some bronzer and blush and that will make me look like I have light makeup on, which again, does the trick for me.
