EltaMD's UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 - Tinted calms and protects sensitive skin types prone to discoloration and breakouts from the sun's harmful rays. The universally flattering tint blends to match your skin tone and mask discoloration and breakouts to give you a smooth, flawless-looking complexion. Healing niacinamide alleviates inflammation to calm your acne flare-ups and helps decrease signs of hyperpigmentation.
Key Ingredients:
- 9.0% Transparent Zinc Oxide: protects the skin against damaging UVA (aging) and UVB (burning) rays
- 5% High-Purity Niacinamide (Vitamin B3): helps reduce the appearance of blemishes, discoloration and photo-damage

Love the OG Elta but also love this as it adds just a very teeny hint of sheer color. Sort of adds a subtle tone-evening effect. Sometimes I add my foundation to it to sheer out my foundation and get the benefit of SPF!

Love this but BEWARE if you have any kind of facial hair
I love this tinted SPF, and often use it in lieu of a foundation on some days where i want something quick and natural. However if i don’t apply it carefully it tends to pill dramatically along my eyebrows, hairline, and if I have any facial hair. I do recommend this but always think twice before applying because of this issue.

Very sheer
The tint is so shear on my skin tone that I can’t tell that it’s tinted. I don’t see any visible results of the tint so I’ll probably stick with the clear version. Otherwise love the texture, it just glides on.

I liked the texture. It spreads easily and feels very comfortable on my face. But… that I don’t like about it is that the color does’t work for me. I have fair skin with pink undertone, it looked like an orange/brown mask on my face. I tried to use less and work it into my skin but the amount of sunscreen was insufficient to protect my skin from sunrays. Also, I bought it thinking that it is a physical sunscreen which states on the bottle but in reality it is a mix of physical and chemical sunscreen which could cause irritation on sensitive skin.
