Great Protector!
I don't like sunscreen but I'm trying to take care of my skin so I don't deal with too many signs of aging when I'm older. But this sunscreen makes me want to use sunscreen and not miss any during the day time. I have combo skin with acne and this does not bother my skin in any way, it's moisturizing and it gives me a nice glow. I'm light, a bit yellow and don't see a white cast even though the product itself is white. There may be cheaper sunscreens out there but the experience with this one would make you want to use it and protect your skin more.

Best sunscreen for my skin
I have tried the elta md spf 46 and spf 30. The spf 46 dried my skin out and caused it to flake. The spf 30 Wasn't thick but was a little too heavy. It always gave me a greasy sheen that i would have to wipe away lol...also this product caused me to break out..something in the spf 30 would clog my pores. This spf 40 is perfect for my skin. Doesn't dry out my skin or cause flaking. It layers nicely with my other products and gives me a nice glow. Doesn't make me look greasy. I've been using this for at least a year now. Also a lot of sunscreens irritate my skin especially around my eyes..this one does not!

Good Sunscreen
I've never really been one to wear sunscreen (bad, I know). But this product is so lightweight that I now always wear sunscreen, no matter what weather it is! We all know the dangers of skin cancer, so it's important to always have sun protection on you. This product isn't greasy, and it leaves no white cast if you let it sit on your skin for a bit. I'm not a heavy makeup wearer, so I can't comment on whether or not it layers well. I like to put this on after a moisturizer, though I do wish it provided enough hydration to wear alone. All in all, I recommend it-I just wish it was cheaper!

This one is very moisturizing and also sits on top of skin with white cast. For me skin elta m uv clear is much more elegant and nice. This one never set and tacky all day long. You need to powder it. Maybe if you have dry skin and use foundation, but I don't
