Double cleanse
This cleanser works exceptionally well as step 2 in a double cleanse. I also like to use it after I use a physical exfoliant, because it gently cleanses and is soothing, helping to restore the lipid barrier on my skin which is important to do after any kind of manual exfoliation, as well as chemical. One of my all time favorites!

Not as good as I remember
Long story short, I have had better cleansers from the drugstore. Yes, it's not overly drying, but it's also not that good at cleansing. I do like it as a second step after I use an oil cleanser. If you don't wear any makeup, it may perform better.

Good cleanser, annoying smell
My very sensitive skin quite liked this cleanser — it’s utterly non-irritating, cleanses well without foaming (something of a rarity, and pairs well with a mechanical face brush. So far, so good. It’s not a good choice for someone sensitive to scents, however. The non-floral aroma, while not particularly strong while washing the face, actually gets stronger after your face is dry. It also gets stronger on your hands, weirdly. And it stays there, even if you subsequently used other scented products.
