PCA Skin Clear Skin promotes a bright complexion in the morning and at night with a mix of vitamins and calming extracts. Niacinamide maintains moisture retention which, in turn, can help control sebum production and minimize excess oil. Borage seed oil is rich with fatty acids to reduce redness associated with breakouts while cucumber extract purifies and soothes your skin's texture.
After cleansing and toning, apply a smooth layer to the area to be treated, morning and night. Follow with either pHaze 7 or pHaze 8 for daytime sun protection.

A favorite stand-by
I've tried so many different moisturizers, but I keep coming back to this one. I agree with other reviews that it does tingle at first, but the sensation isn't "stinging" and it goes away after a couple applications. Worth the price!

didn't love it, didn't hate it
This moisturizer was just okay. I have combo-oily skin, and it felt nice on my face, but it made me really shiny. I didn't like how it left my hands feeling sticky afterward. I always had to wash it off immediately. The product dried out towards the end once I was almost finished with it. I don't think my acne prone skin saw any significant changes whether it be positive or negative.

Worth the hype
It lives up to the hype! It's hydrating, has a nice gel-like texture and totally absorbent. There's a bit of tingling but that lasts for a few seconds, and goes away by the 5th day of use. Really like it and will be trying more PCA products, only wish they are affordable but alas...

This is a lightweight, gel moisturizer with no scent. It dries quickly and it is easy to layer on top of it. I'm so glad I finally found a moisturizer that doesn't add to my breakouts or oily skin problem, and still keeps my skin hydrated! Decent moisturizer
I bought this to switch to a good summer time moisturizer since its a gel and lightweight. I love the feel of it on my skin and its actually way more moisturizing than I thought. I haven't noticed a difference in the amount of breakouts though. Still unsure if I will be repurchasing.
