Great for sensitive areas
I found the blue sensitive grit to be a great starting place. I now use a more course disk for the majority of my face but I do love this for the sensitive area around my eyes. I get good exfoliation around my eyes without scratching the delicate skin.

Great for beginner

Good Disc to Start with
The PMD Personal MicroDerm can elevate one's skin care routine, but ensuring to use the correct disc is key! I made the mistake of thinking that I needed the red course discs to deal with my oily, textured skin and it was too much for my face to handle. Switching to the sensitive disc gives me the exfoliation I want without leaving behind scratch marks. Make sure to start with the sensitive discs and work your way up if needed.
