My first and favorite antioxidant!

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

After seeing all the craze for this, I had to buy it and try it out. It truly is worth the money because it is not only improving your skin, but it is protecting it as well. Please take the first step towards prevention of skin damage and try this product out!

Old or fraudulent product

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

I've been a long time customer purchasing either direct from Skinceuticals or Dermstore for over 10 years. My last three CE Ferulic purchases from Dermstore have been suspect- one felt diluted, and last two arrived in unopened package yet very dark orange oxidized. I took the last bottle to a forensic lab (I work there) and virtually no active C was detected and tech felt product appeared to be 5 years old and contaminated with staph bacteria. Dermstore products overall in last two years seem to be on the decline, not sure what the deal is. Sadly, I think my days as a loyal customer are over.

Used it for over 6 months, see no diference

I bought it after seeing glowing reviews everywhere. Now I wonder how many of these reviews are authentic. To me, this product did nothing. It's very expensive, I still kept buying it thinking it must be worth it. But a hard look at it, and I realized I was simply using it because of all the hype that has been built around it. I always felt it did absolutely nothing for my skin. I ran out of it a week ago, switched to vitamin c serum from another brand, within 4 days, I noticed my skin glowing, my boyfriend commented on how bright my skin looked. I think Skinceuticals have done a great job marketing their products. I recently heard the prices were going up. I still use their moisturizer 2:4:2 because it does not break me out. But now I am starting to look elsewhere for a moisturizer as well.

Skin feels more moist

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I am not sure about if it has diminished my discoloration but so far my skin feels less tight from dryness. My skin feels more firm! Expensive but I'm gonna give it a try for a longer period of time. So far so good!

Can't live without this!!!

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

This is the best vitamin C product I have used. I have very sensitive skin and I am able to use this product every day. My skin is bright and healthy looking. It is expensive, but so worth it, a few drops goes a long way!

Seems to be working great!

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

This was the first product I added when I began upping my skincare game, and I definitely feel like it's put in some good work for me. I was originally using it in the morning before sunscreen, but continually noticed that the product seemed to oxidize on my skin during the day and turn brown, so now I use it in the evening. I actually go so far as to apply it and then sit in the dark for 30 minutes to let it really soak in before continuing my routine! Sounds crazy, but I swear it's made a difference and kicked up the glow my skin has. I also personally don't find the smell THAT bad. I mean yeah, it's not great, but it's gone in a few seconds and it's not like it's going to kill you... it also gives you the opportunity to hold the bottle up to your unsuspecting partner's nose and ask them to smell it. 5/5, would use to annoy my boyfriend again! I haven't had any issues with this breaking me out, and I have incredibly oily skin. I think it's a great vitamin C serum to start with, and really makes the skin look brighter and fresher. I might try another Skinceuticals offering after this bottle runs out (maybe the Phloretin CF?) but I do absolutely love this one and think it can work for a wide range of skin types. My only real gripe is that I feel like there has to be better packaging to protect it from oxidation better... the dropper bottle let's do much air in. I keep it in my fridge away from light and heat though, and that seems to help!

Every time I get a facial, no matter where, this is the serum I am told to use. A little bit goes a long way.

Great product but pricey!

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

Works wonderfully and I was able to see immediate results but it's quite pricey. I ended up opting for the Drunk Elephant C-Firma since it's half the price and does just the same. Would buy if I were rich!

Fantastic Product

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

This stuff is a game changer. It made my dark spots much lighter and helped make my over all skin tone bright and glowing. The only thing I didn't like was the smell which was similar to ham but that's expected with Vitamin C.
