Very little hydrating
This product was on very easy. Seem to absorb quickly into the skin. Is not greasy. However I have fair skin and I live in northern climates - it has not helped with hydration.

Cannot live without!!
The Hydrating B5 Gel has been apart of my daily skincare routine for about 7 months now and I cannot go a day without it!! It is completely worth the money. I have fallen absolutely in love with the product! I have extremely oily skin, but can get dry at times; this balances out my skin beautifully.

I love this gel. It's not sticky at all, absorbs into my skin quickly, and doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy or like there's a film over it. It feels so good to put on. Ideal for using in combination with a moisturizer or another hydrating oil/gel. I only wish that the bottle was bigger. Since it's pricey I do have to make sure that I only use a few drops - because I love it so much I could easily slather half the bottle on my face. Overall, a really good lightweight moisturizing gel. Doesn't clog my sensitive, acne-prone skin at all. If you have a lot of dryness, this alone probably won't do it.

Excellent for daily use- balancing moisture
I was initially on the fence about the B5 gel, but like any product, it takes time and patience to see ifnits a good fit. I now use it daily and actually try not use moisturizer as often. A little goes a long way. Be gentle with the dropper so you can control how much product you use. This usually lasts me about three months. It dries quickly, is odorless and doesn't leave a film on the skin. I gentle dab it into my skin and sometimes use a jade roller afterwards.

Very gentle and moisturizing
This gel is great in arid climates. I was using this Gel last winter and spring and stopped using during the summer, but am going to start using it again as the weather is getting colder. When I started using it, I saw immediate results: my skin was more moisturized and felt altogether much happier.

Best Moisturizer for my Combo Skin
I first ordered this moisturizer because I heard it might be good for my combination skin -oily t-zone, dry everywhere else- that breaks out easily. I also read that B5 is a good long term choice because it does not discourage your skin from creating its own moisture. This is really light, non-greasy. A little goes a long way. Not stinky, absorbs right in. I can put on my makeup right after. No breakouts, just awesome. I like the dropper. Makes it easy to control how much product comes out and keeps the contents clean. I mix it with my Mad Hippie vitamin C serum and tea tree oil. I ran out and didnt have it for about 3 weeks. It was terrible. I broke out and my face was no longer balanced. My makeup didnt look as good. What else can I say this really works for me!

I really like this serum. Absorbs quickly. Not greasy. Basically it's hydartion without being heavy or greasy. On really hot days when moisturizer is too much, I use this instead. On regular days, I use it under moisturizer. My skin appearance improved after I started using Skinceuticals products.

wanted to love it
I have very breakout prone skin and sadly this product games me small clogged pores. I have heard that it doesn't breakout most people, but sadly my temperamental skin didn't love it. I also feel the price is very high for the amount you get.

Does what it says on the box!
Really loving this serum. I can almost skip moisturizer if I feel like it because it's so hydrating. I think this would be especially great in the warmer months if you're looking for a nice, lightweight layer of hydration. I've found that piling this on with too many other moisturizing products will cause me to break out due to my combination-to-oily skin type, and I'm still trying to figure out what the balance is. I enjoy the formulation, but am on the fence about repurchasing it because it's so expensive, and I think similarly hydrating products could probably be found elsewhere for significantly less money. 4 stars.
