Designed for daytime use, this antioxidant serum neutralizes free radicals to prevent signs of accelerated skin aging. The blend of phloretin, pure vitamin C and Ferulic acid improve the appearance of discoloration, fine lines and uneven skin tone. Phloretin neutralizes damaging free radicals, improves cell turnover and lightens signs of discoloration. L-ascorbic acid protects your skin from oxidative stress while providing visible anti-aging benefits, while ferulic acid enhances the antioxidant benefits of phloretin and vitamin C.

- 2% Phloretin: derived from apples and the root bark of fruit trees including apple, pear, and grapefruit, this antioxidant neutralizes damaging free radicals, helps improve cell turnover, and improves the appearance of discoloration.
- 10% Pure vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid): lauded for its superior antioxidant benefits, this highly potent form of pure vitamin C neutralizes damaging free radicals and protects against oxidative stress while providing visible anti-aging benefits.
- 0.5% Ferulic acid: a plant-based antioxidant, ferulic acid neutralizes free radicals and enhances the antioxidant benefits of phloretin and vitamins C and E.

Pricy but good
I like this product and I think it's really good.. just trying to decide if it's good ENOUGH for how expensive it is. Might look into alternative products at a lower price point to compare.

I think its working???
I've been using this for about a month and really haven't seen a difference but.. maybe after a few months. And it is a preventive serum so perhaps your not suppose to see any changes? If feels nice on and I think I will continue to use.

Perfect Serum!!
I've been using this serum every other day before my moisturizer and my skin feels smoother! It's too early for me to tell if it helps my acne pigmentation but so far it's calmed my skin (less redness) and less oil. The reason why I use this every other day is it's too drying during the winter months. I also use the skinceutical blemish + age corrector on days when I'm not using the phloretin serum as part of the rotation.

I only purchased one bottle and used it before moisturizer. I didn't see any difference in my skin. Maybe it will work after months of use. But it's way too expensive.

Helps with hyperpigmentation
I think the main difference I noticed with this product compared to other ones is that I have this one major hyperpigmented spot on my face from previous acne, and this is the only thing that seems to have helped lighten it- which is what I got it for!! Unfortunately I don't think it really does anything to help with acne because I'm still getting occasional breakouts which has lead to some other hyperpigmented spots..... but, hopefully over time when I get my acne under control again this will help clear everything back up! Might try their blemish defense one next!

Easy addition to morning routine
I've been liking this more the CE Ferulic as it is a thinner consistency that seems to absorb faster. This seems to work better for my acne prone skin, as it doesn't aggravate any existing blemishes. Also works well under my sunscreen and makeup. I've been using every morning for a few months now and I've noticed calmer skin, smoother texture, and overall healthy glow.

Made me dry and itchy
I wanted to like this serum but after a couple weeks of using discovered it made my neck itchy but my face was still fine. I continued on my face but started to notice areas of dry skin that then turned into itchy patches. By the time I was able to pin point my skin issues to this product, it was too late to return and no customer service got back to me. A little disappointed that this expensive product is going to waste. Note: I was only using 2 drops in the morning (recommended is 4-5 drops), and even then that caused irritation.
