Designed for daytime use, this antioxidant serum neutralizes free radicals to prevent signs of accelerated skin aging. The blend of phloretin, pure vitamin C and Ferulic acid improve the appearance of discoloration, fine lines and uneven skin tone. Phloretin neutralizes damaging free radicals, improves cell turnover and lightens signs of discoloration. L-ascorbic acid protects your skin from oxidative stress while providing visible anti-aging benefits, while ferulic acid enhances the antioxidant benefits of phloretin and vitamin C.

- 2% Phloretin: derived from apples and the root bark of fruit trees including apple, pear, and grapefruit, this antioxidant neutralizes damaging free radicals, helps improve cell turnover, and improves the appearance of discoloration.
- 10% Pure vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid): lauded for its superior antioxidant benefits, this highly potent form of pure vitamin C neutralizes damaging free radicals and protects against oxidative stress while providing visible anti-aging benefits.

I have used this product for about a year now and I love it! I am 38 and starting to get some wrinkles and I feel this product really helps to minimize fine lines. I wear this under my moisturizer during the day. The bottle is expensive but a little goes a long way. I use two drops for my face and 1 for my neck and I would say this last about 6 months.

After CE Ferulic broke me out, I was pretty scared of trying anything else by skinceuticals. Turns out this formulation is made specifically for combo-oily skin and CE Ferulic is for normal-dry skin. And I have combo skin so I went ahead and tried the sample. I noticed immediate brightening of my dark spots and an overall brighter complexion. and no breakouts! I went ahead and purchased the full size when dermstore was having their 20% off skinceuticals sale. I can't really see if this is offering me any anti-aging benefits but I sure hope it's working cause it smells awful!

Can't do without
My dermatologist recommended this several years ago. It is pricey-but a little goes a long way. It is possible to use too much. It helps keep away age spots on my face and helps to tame my rosacea as well as helping with fine lines and shooting my skin. My only complaint is that the bottle is easy to tip over. Spilling a few drops is like throwing away money!!

I have dark spots due to sun exposure and Acne; this product helps to eliminate them. No problem applying makeup afterwards. Overall, my skin looks brighter, younger and better. At first it might seem pricey, but it lasts many months (it depends if you use it only on your face, or also apply to the neck; but it will still last a long time).
