SkinCeuticals' Phloretin CF provides powerful antioxidant protection to normal, oily and combination skin types. Designed for daytime use, this antioxidant serum neutralizes free radicals to prevent signs of accelerated skin aging. The blend of phloretin, pure vitamin C and Ferulic acid improve the appearance of discoloration, fine lines and uneven skin tone. Phloretin neutralizes damaging free radicals, improves cell turnover and lightens signs of discoloration. L-ascorbic acid protects your skin from oxidative stress while providing visible anti-aging benefits, while ferulic acid enhances the antioxidant benefits of phloretin and vitamin C.

- 2% Phloretin: derived from apples and the root bark of fruit trees including apple, pear, and grapefruit, this antioxidant neutralizes damaging free radicals, helps improve cell turnover, and improves the appearance of discoloration.
- 10% Pure vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid): lauded for its superior antioxidant benefits, this highly potent form of pure vitamin C neutralizes damaging free radicals and protects against oxidative stress while providing visible anti-aging benefits.
- 0.5% Ferulic acid: a plant-based antioxidant, ferulic acid neutralizes free radicals and enhances the antioxidant benefits of phloretin and vitamins C and E.

I bought this and then tried to cancel it right after because I found this product along with the Skinceuticals sunscreen for the same price (same amount of product in this bottle) so I decided to buy that one instead. The order didn't appear in my order history so I wasn't able to modify/cancel online. I emailed their customer service. This was on a Sunday and according to their website, customer service is closed on Sundays and open Monday-Saturday during a specified time. I didn't receive an email back the next morning, early in the morning, so I live chatted customer service right when they opened. They said my order was already processed and couldn't be cancelled. I called them and they said the same thing to me. I told them that I tried contacting them after I placed the order, but they were closed during that time. They said customer service is closed but the warehouse is 24 hours so it was fulfilled already. They emailed me a free shipping label so I can return it when I get it. The order was about $150 and now I have to deal with the hassle of returning it once I get instead of being able to cancel an order I placed not even 12 hours ago. I've contacted customer service a few times and I've always found them to be slightly rude. I'm not sure if I will be shopping on this website again, since there so many other websites that provide outstanding customer service and the same products for the same price.
