SkinMedica's TNS Ceramide Treatment Cream™ restores moisture to heal, mend and soothe severely dry, damaged or compromised skin. Palmitoyl oligopeptide and tetrapeptide-7 regulate cell functionality and stimulate collagen production to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Vitamin A promotes new cell growth and TNS® growth factor nourishes, conditions and seals in hydration.

Perfect Match for Retinoids
I have recently started using prescription tretinoin 0.05% and as a result, my skin has become extremely dry, red and irritated and I have had constant peeling. I purchased this product because I had used a sample of it long ago following a chemical peel. I am quite impressed with how much it has calmed my skin after just a few nights of use. My flaking has decreased significantly, and the redness is essentially gone. My skin no longer burns from product application nor do I have that tight, itchy feeling from the tretinoin. It is a thicker cream, but it absorbs right into the skin leaving me feeling hydrated without feeling heavy or causing me to be oily/shiny. It is definitely worth the price and will be a staple in my skincare regime as long as I continue to use the tretinoin.

Excellent moisturizer
I needed a cream that would calm and deeply moisturize my skin. I was experiencing dryness, redness and itchiness ... a reaction to retinol ... and after some research, I decided to try this ceramide treatment cream. Within a couple of days, the dryness, redness and itchiness cleared up and my skin felt soft and hydrated. Now I use it at night on a regular basis, following the retinol, and it's keeping the reactions under control. I also apply it some mornings if my skin needs a deeper moisturizing treatment than the one I usually use in the day ... leaves my skin smooth and fresh with no greasy film.

I purchased this moisturizer hoping it would hydrate my severely dry skin during winter months. This product was not even close to hydrating enough for me. I did find this product works well as a moisturizer during summer months or more specifically following a chemical peel.

I purchased this as a way to dip my toe into SkinMedica and the idea of weather or not I saw a difference with the touted human fibroblast ingredient. What is something worth mentioning is this ingredient is higher up in this product the other products in the line which was a selling point for me. The cream it self is thick but not hard to blend there is not a great deal of slip when sliding it across your face silicone seems more minimal in this as well as oils. This product sinks into the skin fast and leaving little to no residue and more of a satin to matte like finish. For those with a dry to very dry skin type you may need to find that alternating or layering with this product is best. I use this in conjunction with my prescription Retin-A and find that it helps the skin flaking a great deal without ever feeling oily or greasy. I also think that someone would greatly benefit from using this after a laser treatment or chemical peel. My only advice is remember this is not a intended only to moisturize there for you may need to add one as a last step if you're dry to very dry.

The best moisturizer!
I love this moisturizer!! I have been wanting to try the TNS serum, but because of the high price, I opted for this moisturizer instead, which contains the same active ingredient. Well, let me tell you, this moisturizer is amazing and plumps of my skin so nicely. It lessens fine lines and wrinkle and it's even great for healing irritated skin from retinol use, faster. I'm on my second bottle and I love it so much, I have now been considering splurging on the TNS serum! You won't be disappointed!
