I like the smell of this a lot! It's a good lotion but I do not buy it because of the chemicals. I do use what I receive as gifts though because the smell is nice.

This is a great moisturizer. I love the original bum bum cream and this is the same texture - absorbs quickly and moisturizes deeply. I prefer the original bum bum scent over this one. It isn't quite a pure coconut scent and something about it smells a little cloying.

I love Sol de Janeiro products in general, this lotion is definitely not as thick and hydrating as the bumbum cream, but it is still amazing! Such a nice scent- perfect for after being in the sun all day

This scent is delicious - I like it more than the bum bum cream! It's hydrating and the smell makes me feel like I'm always on vacation. It does take some time to absorb, and occasionally burns when I put it on which is why I docked it a star.

This cream is thick and moisturizing. it has a nice smell that isn't too powerful but the fragrance itself stays on the skin. Not too watery either, however it's honestly not something that any regular drugstore lotion doesn't do. I prefer pumps as opposed to the jar but that's just a personal preference.

I do like the light gel-like texture that this moisturizer has, but I do not care for the scent on this one at all. It has a chemically-vanilla/coconut scent. It used to smell like buttered popcorn but they changed it. It was better before.

This is my favorite deeply moisturizing lotion. The smell is warm and tropical, like a cross between coconut oil and sugar cookies. I do find it leaves a slightly less "dewy" of a skin finish than the original but it is still more moisturizing than the bum bum cream. I like that the container allows for you to get every last drop of product out as opposed to pump bottles or squeeze tubes.
