Definitely a serum
I don't know why I expected this to be more of a gel/cream consistency, but it is definitely a thicker serum, so you may want to follow it up with something thicker, and I do not care for multiple eye cream steps. That said, I REALLY like this for use under my re-usable silicone eye patches, it gives a nice slip for the patches to hold onto to, hydrates really well, and I do think that over time it does a nice job of brightening (haven't personally seen much by way of tightening). Peptides take patience!

I have always had extra skin on my eyelids, both bottom and top. It didn't really age me much but it was bothersome. Especially when applying eyeliner. I used under 1 eye the first night and OMG could you tell a difference! This has tightened my skin more than I even expected was possible, minus plastic surgery. This is now a permanent in my skincare routine and I will be devastated to the point of suing for mental distress if they ever discontinue it! Lol
