Has Changed My Skin
5After struggling with acne for 15 years and trying countless "miracle" products, I never thought I would find a product that would help my skin this much. I bought this as part of the regimen recommended to me by my clear skin coach, and it's worth every dollar and more! She had me ease into use....every other night, then every night, and now every morning and night. For 7-10 days I experienced some purging, where this serum brought some "gunk" up to the surface and I had a breakout. However, using the serum helped blemishes to go away at least 50% faster. After a few weeks of use, my skin has been clear with the exception of one period pimple, which went away sooo much faster. This serum is already helping to fade hyperpigmentation from past acne and has made my skin so much smoother since it promotes skin renewal. I can't recommend this enough! I'm feeling good about my skin for the first time in years.

4I just started using this serum a couple of weeks ago and my skin is reacting well. No dryness or irritation. It hasn't improved my acne yet or brightened much, but maybe it's just too soon to try. It hasn't made my skin breakout worse, so that's good. I'll keep using and see how it goes.

5My skin does seem a little brighter, and it is very gentle. I have not had any major tingling and I use it two to three times a week. This is my first acid serum, so I think it is a good starter to help work my way up to stronger formulas.

5I've only been using this for 2 weeks but am already noticing a difference in my skin! I started with this lower concentration to see how my skin would react, since it's very sensitive. Per the instructions I started with every other night and only a dime size amount, but I think my skin can handle every night as long as I use a night moisturizer on top of it. I have cystic acne with tiny pimples as well and I immediately noticed a difference in a reduction in pimples. Cystic acne is a beast to manage without hormone therapy, and I recently decided to ditch the last of my prescription meds, so I don't expect any miracles here, but every little bit helps! I expected the scent to be strong as most essential oils are but it's very mild. The oil itself is also very thin and easy to absorb, which is a nice surprise as well. It's says not to apply as a spot treatment but I want to ensure I get decent coverage in my trouble spots. I put a small amount in my palm and dip my fingertip in and then rub that in to each major problem zone (evenly and thinly). Once done, I rub my hands together and apply the oil to my entire face. It seems to be working for me so far! It's very expensive but it works for me so it's become part of my routine now. If you can afford it I recommend you try it out!!

4I purchased this product even though it meant straying from my typical natural skincare routine. I bought it primarily to fade the freckles/pigmentation on my fair skin that had resulted from not wearing sunscreen for a while. Although the results weren't immediately remarkable, after a month of using it every night, the freckles are now barely noticeable and my skin looks a lot brighter. I had some skin peeling the first week around my nose, but after that I was fine. That being said, it does give me odd red itchy bumps on my cheek area, which is a definite downside. However, the closed comedones on my forehead practically disappeared after I started using this, so I think I'll purchase it again just to use on my forehead area. I just wish it were fragrance free as I believe that is what causing me issues with it.

5I have definitely noticed a difference in my skin since introducing this product into my regimen at night. I do not use this every night, instead alternating between retinol and masks. My acne-prone, combination-oily skin has really responded well to this product. For awhile, I was just applying product to my face and not my neck so I could see the difference. Once I started applying it to my neck, I instantly took note of the changes and improvements in the texture of my skin and size of pores. Very much recommend. I originally purchased a higher concentration of the mandelic acid that was too much for my skin, Dermstore's customer service was excellent in helping me to exchange.

5I have struggled with oily acne prone skin for years. I used to be able to fill and entire oil blot sheet within an hour of washing my face. Nothing seemed to work. Products would cause my face to become too dry (which caused more oil) or make my skin too oily. So either way, OIL! This product, along with a prescription strength retinol, has been a God send. I've been using it religiously for over a year now. I rarely struggle with oil anymore. I rarely breakout and if I do it is very minimal. I know each person is different but I would definitely try this if you struggle with oil or acne.

5this brand is awesome! every product i have tried from this line has worked and even notice a difference after the 1st use. I would buy everything i need here. just a little pricey but worth it.

5I have been using this product for 1.5 years twice a day and love it- it has really improved my deep cystic acne. I still have acne breakouts due to hormones- but they are MUCH smaller and heal faster with this product than with previous prescription products I was using.
