- Question: Ever since I went off birth control to get pregnant I’ve had horrible hormonal acne. I mainly get it on my cheeks and chin. It seems more cystic acne but I have a lot more little blackheads. It happens once a month but so bad that when it is finally clearing up I’m already breaking out again. I’m 31 years old and would love advice on a new skin regime.
