After washing your feet, slip on the plastic socks and tape around the ankles with the attached tapes. Wear the socks for two hours to allow product to absorb. Remove the sock packs, discard and wash feet in bathtub gently with soap.

Be ready for the shedding process!
One thing I did not realize about Baby Foot is just how awful the prolonged shedding is - it grossed me out so much so that I will probably not buy it again. A lot of my foot skin shed, but I didn't have amazing results. If you get it, my recommendation is to be strategic about what time of year you use it. I did it when I could still wear open toe shoes during the fall, and I was miserable in being forced to wear closed toe shoes/socks.

I am a true believer in Baby Feet!!! I was skeptical, but holy moly! This stuff works! A few pointers, definitely soak your feet before use and I kept them on 30 minutes longer than the instructions- it was necessary, my feet were pretty ferocious! I would HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone with dry, cracked feet! Will purchase again!

My favorite way to soften my feet
I have loved Baby Foot since the first time I tried it years ago. When I read about it in the beauty blogs, I was hesitant but really wanted to see it with my own eyes. It, absolutely, works! Yes, it is a little gross but amazing too!! I am totally hooked. I use it about every 6 months or so. Just make sure you get it from a reputable vendor. I have purchased from Amazon and it was not the same.

This stuff is amazing! It takes about 2-3 days before your feet start peeling but once they start peeling it's amazing how much dead skin comes off. And afterward your feet are so smooth! Works wonders!

Works wonders
I tried it before and it did not work. To work you Must follow this tips: Soak your feet for 20 minutes before and wear them more than 1 hour , maybe 1.5-2 hours. Do not apply any lotion. Keep soaking your feet every day and no lotion until they fully exfoliate.

It Exfoliates
It is basically a chemical peel for your feet. It softens calluses, but does not necessarily remove them. If your feet are not really dry or you do not have thick calluses, you honestly will not be wowed by your results. That being said, everyone needs to exfoliate their feet.
