EltaMD's UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 - Tinted calms and protects sensitive skin types prone to discoloration and breakouts from the sun's harmful rays. The universally flattering tint blends to match your skin tone and mask discoloration and breakouts to give you a smooth, flawless-looking complexion. Healing niacinamide alleviates inflammation to calm your acne flare-ups and helps decrease signs of hyperpigmentation.

- 9.0% Transparent Zinc Oxide: protects the skin against damaging UVA (aging) and UVB (burning) rays

My holy grail
I have extremely acne-prone skin and have tried all of the "best" sunscreens on the market. This by FAR is the best. It's the only sunscreen that blends in perfectly with my moisturizer and layers well with makeup too. Even when I have bad breakouts, I'm never hesitant to put this on. I also have very fair skin, so at first, I was worried about the tint. But, the color fades a bit when you blend it in and it leaves a really pretty subtle glow.

Best sunscreen for people of color
This is the best sunscreen for people of color. I suffer from hyperpigmentation and I have to use mineral sunscreens because they physically block ultraviolet radiation with ingredients like titanium dioxide or zinc oxide. As a black person it has been challenging finding mineral sunscreens that don’t leave a white cast on the skin. This is the first sunscreen I use that blends perfectly with the skin and moisturizes. I don’t have that white cast when I’m done rubbing in and I don’t think I will use another one.

Absolute must for my acne and melasma prone skin
This sunscreen is by far my favorite one the I have used (and I’ve tried a LOT!) I have a very hard time finding products that don’t break me out and that feel nice on my skin. I tried the non-tinted version and it just made my face so white (I’m pale as it is but it looked like I had a white film on my face). Other brands just made me break out or didn’t protect me from the sun (ummm, hello melasma flare up). I just love this sunscreen, I only wish it was waterproof/water resistant. Will continue to have this auto shipped unless they change the formula.

Maybe is too moisturizing for my skin. I bought this one because it is the best seller, but my skin prefers the UV daily one. The tint is not noticeable on my medium-tan skin so I would not get the tinted ones again.

I love this product - I can't rave about it enough! I received this product when I had a skin removal procedure for a mole I had and they provided this for scar protection. Before that, I had yet to find a great facial sunscreen that didn't feel heavy or cause breakouts. This one is so light and airy, sits beautifully on my skin and under my makeup products which is great, and provides the SPF I like. I didn't encounter an orange cast on my skin like other reviews mentioned, the color fades away quite a bit once you smooth it into the skin and I am pretty fair. This is my go-to and that won't change!
