Montreal Shade
I was very hesitant in trying this shade because it has more red than what i normally prefer but i really like this shade! First of all, i love the assurance that when i am putting this one i am actually using something that is not filled with toxic ingredients as well as allergens such as gluten. I really love Jane iredale makeup products as a whole. This lipstick is very buildable. You can make it as light or bold as you like which is really nice, depending on the occasion and outfit. The lipstick is very pigmented and lasts for a good few hours or so depending on whether or not you are eating or drinking. When it does fade it doesn't leave a weird fade pattern like some. I appreciate that!

An everyday lip product
This is truly an everyday lip product. I've tried the pink and it looks so natural on but with a hint of pink. I'm a huge fan of this product. I'm really interested in trying the red and coral color as well.

Absolutely love this as a cheek stain...lasts all day and the color is perfect! It doesn't make my skin look super oily or shiny and it goes on pretty smooth. I would recommend this product, plus, its nice that it doubles as a lip color!

smells terrific!
I received this in my bridesmaid box and it smells terrific, if you love roses which I do. I received the pink shade and it looks very natural on me. I only used it on my lips, I thought it would be wasteful as a cheek product and didn't want to damage the angled tip, which I really like for ease of application. This was my first jane iresdale product and I am happy.

Nice, bright color with great moisture
Pretty bright hue but, a very lovely texture and staying power. If you're looking for a bright, pink lip that's almost a popsicle pout, this is perfect!

It looks beautiful but it dries my lips
The color is amazing either in my lips or cheeks. Looks truly wonderful. The smell actually remind me of when I was a little girl (like makeup for kids), not my favorite. My problem is that it dries my lips, after wear it a few hours my lips are even more dry than when I use matte liquid lipsticks.

My Favorite Lip Product
I LOVE this stuff! I own this product in the pink and red shades and orange is next on my list! There is a really pleasant scent to this product. The texture is great - it glides on super smooth and one coat is enough to last several hours. On my lips the pink is kind of a bright pink and the red is more of a dark pinky red shade than a true red - but the color is beautiful. I will re-purchase these over and over because they are the best lip stains I've ever owned and I wear them almost daily.

Not my favorite lip balm
I have tried A LOT of lip balms, so let me explain what this one is like and how it compares to others I've purchased. I ordered the forever pink color and I like that this balm doesn't have shimmer. It's a true balm- sheer color, no glitter or shimmer, not opaque like a lipstick. The texture is smooth, but doesn't spread as easily as a the Fresh sugar balm (my personal fave in this price range). You have to use a few strokes to get an acceptable amount of product on your lips to really moisturize. My biggest complaint with the product though is the color. I like a natural color in balms and this balm is more reminiscent of a Dior lip glow. It turns a bright shade of pink on me when applied, so it really doesn't provide the natural look that I usually like. The stain from the balm outlasts the moisture. If you like Dior lip glow, or you're looking for a bright colored product, this might be the one for you. It's a bit much for me.

The texture!!
The texture alone makes this product worth every penny. I absolutely love it. For me, the "red" color was very orange, but I don't care! I use it mostly like a base.
