The perfect pink!
This is the best stuff to keep in a summer makeup bag! First, it smells like the chapstick that I used as a kid, which brings back some fun memories. The sheer pink develops as it interacts with my skin but doesn't go overboard at all. This is just right for shifting to spring/summer from my heavier, more-mauvey winter multi-stick. This, tinted sunscreen, and mascara will be my go-to summer look!

Just Kissed Lip and Cheek Stian
I tried two different shades with this lip product but neither worked for me. Looking at it, I thought it would be sheer, subtle color. It's not. The colors became very bright when applied. The peach looked like bright orange on my lips. I have a medium skin tone and was surprised by this so had to return it.

This is basically a very moisturizing, smooth balm with a hint of color. I find that the color deepens in about five minutes after you put it on, so give it time to work. Very smooth on the lips and smells great. The color almost stains your lips, which I love. I need to buy the pink shade now!

Perfect Summer Color
For me, this is the best lip product for everyday wear. On me, Forever Red is a sheer slightly warm red that leaves a nice shine without being overly glossy. It feels like a balm when first applied and while the gloss fades over time, Forever Red leaves my lips with a nice stain that lasts throughout the day. I love that I can just apply this without needing to prep with a primer and a liner.

Moisturizing with a nice soft red color!
I have used Jane Iredale lip stain in the only color it came in, "Forever Pink" for years. So happy to have a new, darker color. It is very moisturizing and last a couple of hours. I like the new red as it is more color than the pink, it is still not a bold color, thus I give it only 4 stars. For me it is perfect for daytime, running errands etc. Not a go out or get dressed up lip stain. I will continue to guy this for sure. I also would like to say that I am allergic to 99% of lipsticks, stains etc on the market...all the expensive name brands. This is not a cheap lip stain, but I am not allergic to it! and it is not drying.

I like a product that can have dual use. This is a very nice lip formula and does a very nice job in terms of lip care. I am fair skin colored with hazel eyes and I was on the fence about forever peach or forever pink; I chose the peach as it seemed to make sense to enhance my natural lip color. This tends to look almost too peachy...read orangish in direct lighting. I tried it on my cheeks and felt that it does provide a very subtle glow, not too orangy. I will use this up and try the forever pink.

Love this lip 'stain'. It lasts a long time, keeping your lips moisturized. It is just a hint of color for me. I have not tried on my cheeks as I have Olive skin so I doubt it would show up. I use it on my Yoga mornings, just enough color for that. But I don't use it to go out as it is not enough color for me. I have used this for 6yrs now, so I guess that says I really like it. Wish Jane Iredale would make this in darker and more intense shades hence I gave it a '4' rating instead of '5'. I will buy again as I have in the past.
