SkinCeuticals' Phloretin CF provides powerful antioxidant protection to normal, oily and combination skin types. Designed for daytime use, this antioxidant serum neutralizes free radicals to prevent signs of accelerated skin aging. The blend of phloretin, pure vitamin C and Ferulic acid improve the appearance of discoloration, fine lines and uneven skin tone. Phloretin neutralizes damaging free radicals, improves cell turnover and lightens signs of discoloration. L-ascorbic acid protects your skin from oxidative stress while providing visible anti-aging benefits, while ferulic acid enhances the antioxidant benefits of phloretin and vitamin C.
Key Ingredients:
- 2% Phloretin: derived from apples and the root bark of fruit trees including apple, pear, and grapefruit, this antioxidant neutralizes damaging free radicals, helps improve cell turnover, and improves the appearance of discoloration.
- 10% Pure vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid): lauded for its superior antioxidant benefits, this highly potent form of pure vitamin C neutralizes damaging free radicals and protects against oxidative stress while providing visible anti-aging benefits.
- 0.5% Ferulic acid: a plant-based antioxidant, ferulic acid neutralizes free radicals and enhances the antioxidant benefits of phloretin and vitamins C and E.

Very good serum
I have very sensitive, combo, and acne prone skin. I used C E Ferulic and it made me break out so I tried Phloretin CF, which did not give me break outs. I do not notice any dramatic improvement in my skin from using this serum, although I am not expecting too much difference since this is only an antioxidant/preventive treatment. However, I do expect it to protect my skin better from free radicals that causes skin to age, so hopefully this will be a good preventive serum for slowing down aging in the long run.

I've been using this product for years. While I'm a skin fanatic and use a lot products in my skincare routine, the minute I run out of this, I notice a difference in my skin. For the right skin, big yes!!!
I don't love this serum as much as I love the CE but it has it's place. If you have pigmentation issues add it in and see it disappear. I found that it came with some break outs due to the formula but if I was diligent about keeping my skin well balanced, it helped so much.
