SkinCeuticals' Phloretin CF provides powerful antioxidant protection to normal, oily and combination skin types. Designed for daytime use, this antioxidant serum neutralizes free radicals to prevent signs of accelerated skin aging. The blend of phloretin, pure vitamin C and Ferulic acid improve the appearance of discoloration, fine lines and uneven skin tone. Phloretin neutralizes damaging free radicals, improves cell turnover and lightens signs of discoloration. L-ascorbic acid protects your skin from oxidative stress while providing visible anti-aging benefits, while ferulic acid enhances the antioxidant benefits of phloretin and vitamin C.
Key Ingredients:
- 2% Phloretin: derived from apples and the root bark of fruit trees including apple, pear, and grapefruit, this antioxidant neutralizes damaging free radicals, helps improve cell turnover, and improves the appearance of discoloration.
- 10% Pure vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid): lauded for its superior antioxidant benefits, this highly potent form of pure vitamin C neutralizes damaging free radicals and protects against oxidative stress while providing visible anti-aging benefits.
- 0.5% Ferulic acid: a plant-based antioxidant, ferulic acid neutralizes free radicals and enhances the antioxidant benefits of phloretin and vitamins C and E.

A serum that works!
I received a sample of this serum from a spa and started liking it after about 5 uses. I decided to purchase this product even though it is pricey because of the way it made my skin feel. Right after use skin feels soft and smooth. I haven't used it long enough to see results with fine lines or color spots so I'm hoping to be even more impressed.

It is pricey and often an exclusion from sales. But I do love the way it soaks into my skin. Extra antioxidant protection under an SPF during the day. I've purchased for years but I may look into other brands. B/c I like to use liberally and it gets pricey. I think this is very good for the science behind it and the antioxidants, and will work for you if you have acne prone skin.

I absolutely love this product. I've only been using this for a week but immediately my cystic acne has begun to clear up and skin is starting to feel smooth and a bit more brighter. I layer this under the Skinceuticals Hydrating B5 Serum. Great combination with B5 feels great and skin never feels sticky. The Phloretin CF does have a distinctive scent but I can get passed it knowing that it is doing wonders for my skin. I will repurchase.

LIFE CHANGING
I have been using this product for quite some time now and Cant seem to get enough. My cystic acne prone skin looks SO much brighter and even. Due to inflammation that cystic acne can cause, it can cause some hyperpigmentation where the acne once was - not necessarily indentations but hyperpigmentation - and it has seemed to even out my complexion a lot.
