SkinMedica's TNS Ceramide Treatment Cream™ restores moisture to heal, mend and soothe severely dry, damaged or compromised skin. Palmitoyl oligopeptide and tetrapeptide-7 regulate cell functionality and stimulate collagen production to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Vitamin A promotes new cell growth and TNS® growth factor nourishes, conditions and seals in hydration.

It's Amazing and it works
I am a big fan of SkinMedica, especially the TNS line. This moisturizer does everything it claims to do and some. i will never be without this product. I am so glad that Dermstore carries this line and that you are able to use coupons on it.

Thick but not moisturizing
This product is extremely thick. If that's what you need then it's perfect. For me, tho, it's just not moisturizing. My skin needs tons of moisture b/c it has a tendency to peel when it's too dry. At night I still have to use an oil with this. During the day I add an emulsion. Again, it's super thick, but for me it's not enough.

I don't use this everyday. Instead, I use it when on a plane, in a dry atmosphere (at elevation, skiing, anywhere dry) and after any face treatment.

Perfect for Retin-A Users
I echo the comments of the other Retin-A users. This is a must-have if you use Retin-A. It absorbs completely - no greasy or tacky feeling. It is my calm after the storm that is Retin-A. I spent way more on products that did absolutely nothing for my angry, dry and flaky skin. This is well worth the cost! This may be my overly sensitive nose but the creme has a very faint scent of spice - cinnamon, perhaps. Definitely not enough to be bothersome or to make me stop using it - simply an FYI for anyone else who is sensitive to smell.

Great with Retin-A
I have been trying so hard to find a moisturizer that I liked to use with my Retin-A. After returning 2-3 others, I tried this and it works great! It isn't too heavy and it's not greasy at all. It works well with the warmer temperatures and pairs nicely with sunscreen. If I need extra moisture, I can apply a bit more of this cream and it works perfectly. It works well around the eyes as well. I watch a dermatologist (Dr Dray) on YouTube and she's always recommending Ceramides. I can find nothing negative to say about this product. Even the price is good.

Super Moisturizing
This is a great product 7 to 10 days after a chemical peel. It keeps delicate new skin moisturized and protected from irritation while sleeping. I have a tendency to use my hands as a pillow, which often pulls and stretches my skin while it is trying to heal. This thick cream creates a protective layer without the greasiness of petrolatum based moisturizers such as Elta MD Moisturizer. I only use this cream after treatments or when my skin is very dry.
