Hello! I recently got off birth control in the summer and recently had to stop using a lot of my topical medications because of the active ingredients not being safe for pregnancy. Since then I have had terrible painful cystic acne on my chin and around my mouth which I know is likely to be hormonal. I tend to know have oily skin which I’ve noticed since going off birth control but also sensitive. Are there any facials products you recommend or supplements to help from inside out that are safe to use while trying to get pregnant and during pregnancy?
